Little Tuscany is one of the most historic and architecturally significant neighborhoods in the world of midcentury and modern architecture - and this is only its second year on the tour. The neighborhood boasts custom-built residences representing varied schools of design. This year’s tour includes properties designed by masters James McNaughton, E. Stewart Williams, and local architects Lance O’Donnell and Duane Smith among others.
Tour participants have the opportunity to view four modern and four midcentury homes followed by a catered cocktail party at 6 p.m. overlooking the lights of the Coachella Valley at the base of Mount San Jacinto in the famous Frederick Loewe Estate.
